He is Chen Shuibian - the President of Taiwan. He likes flying in the air and make everybody nervous.
These days he went out to 2 Pacific countries to struggle for the diplomatic space for Taiwan, but he had failed for too many times and the Taiwanese don’t believe him any more, and the Mainland Chinese Government loves to see how worse he can do like a bad skilled clown in political affairs. And I’m gonna laugh too. Hahahahhhhh………..
